Immerse yourself in the flavors of Italian-American and Italian cuisine and learn how to make the dishes that you love most!

The Italian-American Club of West Michigan is planning to conduct hands-on cooking classes and we would like to see how much interest there is among the membership.

Our first class will be making ravioli two ways – a four-cheese, fried ravioli one could use as an appetizer, and the other, a rich, ricotta-filled ravioli with marinara.

Participants, working in teams, will learn how to make the ravioli pasta dough, how to make the fillings, various ways on how to form them, and will be given tips on what other doughs, fillings, brodo, and sauces you can use for different ravioli, and after class, you’ll consume the fruits of your labor for lunch.

The cost of the class would be $20 per person for members, $45 for non-members (which includes a $25 Club membership fee).

Assuming a minimum of 10 interested participants, we can set a date, reveal more information, such as location, and let you know how to register.
