Pizzette

Pizzette con pere, olive, e Gorgonzola. Small pizzas with pear, olives, and Gorgonzola.

  • 1 flat bread
  • 1 pear ((thinly sliced))
  • 1/2 cup black Kalamata olives ((sliced))
  • Gorgonzola ((crumbled))
  • Virgin olive oil
  1. Heat oven to 500 degrees
  2. Place flat bread on cookie sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Cover entire flat bread with pears, olives, and cover all with crumbled Gorgonzola.
  4. Drizzle very lightly with olive oil.
  5. Place in the middle of oven and bake for 7 to 10 minutes.
  6. Cut into small serving pieces (about 6 per flat bread).
