Pizzette
Pizzette con pere, olive, e Gorgonzola. Small pizzas with pear, olives, and Gorgonzola.
- 1 flat bread
- 1 pear ((thinly sliced))
- 1/2 cup black Kalamata olives ((sliced))
- Gorgonzola ((crumbled))
- Virgin olive oil
- Heat oven to 500 degrees
- Place flat bread on cookie sheet or pizza stone.
- Cover entire flat bread with pears, olives, and cover all with crumbled Gorgonzola.
- Drizzle very lightly with olive oil.
- Place in the middle of oven and bake for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Cut into small serving pieces (about 6 per flat bread).
