Pizzette

Pizzette con pere, olive, e Gorgonzola. Small pizzas with pear, olives, and Gorgonzola.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 flat bread
  • 1 pear (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup black Kalamata olives (sliced)
  • Gorgonzola (crumbled)
  • Virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 500 degrees
  • Place flat bread on cookie sheet or pizza stone.
  • Cover entire flat bread with pears, olives, and cover all with crumbled Gorgonzola.
  • Drizzle very lightly with olive oil.
  • Place in the middle of oven and bake for 7 to 10 minutes.
  • Cut into small serving pieces (about 6 per flat bread).
